Welcome to Amazing Grace Bordeaux! We are Bob and Christy Waldo, proud parents and breeders of Dogue De Bordeaux, also known as French Mastiffs, located on 20 acres in Northeastern Oklahoma. We are passionate for and delighted with our canine family and have over 40 years of breeding experience. In the early years, my husband had interest in a variety of dog breeds. It was when he watched the movie, Turner and Hooch, that his heart was captured. T-Bone was my husband’s first Dogue De Bordeaux, the father of a legacy of hardy, happy, healthy puppies. A few years later my kids and I joined the family and my life has never been the same. What’s not to love with their giant heads, wrinkly faces, gorgeous red coat, and massive bodies, not to mention exceptional temperament?
Because of our admiration of these “gentle giants,” we continually strive to improve the breed, focusing on their health and longevity. We also seek to educate new puppy parents of the dog’s needs, health and fitness, and provide lifetime support of their puppy. We have excellent pedigrees, always pushing to improve their health with our European and American blood lines. We take pride in providing dogs that are healthy and well-socialized house dogs, companions, and protectors.
